Craft & Sip Parties – Create, Celebrate & Unwind Whether you're marking a birthday, hosting a family gathering, planning a milestone event, or simply looking for a fun way to catch up with friends, our Craft & Sip Parties are the perfect blend of creativity, conversation, and celebration. No crafting experience? No problem! Just bring your good vibes—we’ll handle the rest. Led by a friendly and experienced host, you’ll be guided step-by-step through your chosen craft project. Whether it’s tote bags, fans, glassware, or something custom, you’ll make something beautiful to take home—all while enjoying a relaxed, laughter-filled atmosphere. We provide all the supplies, set everything up, and take care of the clean-up too. As a special touch, the guest of honour will receive their own special apron to wear during the session! What’s Included: All craft supplies tailored to your chosen activity Step-by-step guidance from our friendly host A special apron for the guest of honour Full set-up and pack-down Good to Know: Minimum of 6 guests per session Sessions run for approximately 2 to 3 hours Tables must be provided by the event host Picnic-style setup available – craft comfortably on blankets and cushions BYO food and drinks – celebrate your way! We can supply glassware if needed, but plates and cutlery must be provided by the host We use non-toxic paints and provide aprons and table protection Guests should wear clothing suitable for creative activities For outdoor events, please ensure there is a covered or shaded area, or a backup plan in case of bad weather Booking Info: Craft & Sip parties start at $75 per person. To secure your booking, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required and will be deducted from your final balance. Full payment is welcome upfront if preferred. Please note: Your booking is only confirmed once both the signed contract and deposit have been received. Cancellation Policy
Paint & Sip Booking Policy To secure your Paint & Sip booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. This ensures we can prepare all materials for your event and will be deducted from the total balance. Payment The remaining 80% balance must be paid no later than one week before the event. If payment is not received by this deadline and we have not heard from you, your booking may be considered cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Rescheduling You may request to change your booking to another available date up to two weeks before your event. Date changes are subject to availability. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee your preferred alternative date. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event (and fully paid) will receive an 80% refund. The 20% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Minimum Guests A minimum of 6 guests is required to book a Paint & Sip event. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least two weeks prior to your event. BYO Food & Drinks You are welcome to BYO food and drinks to enjoy during your session. Please note: Craft and Canvas does not provide food or refreshments. We can provide glassware for drinks upon request. However, you will need to supply your own plates, cutlery, and napkins if you plan to serve food. Outdoor Events & Weather If your party is booked outdoors and must be cancelled due to bad weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability. Please ensure a covered or indoor backup area is available in case of weather changes. Paint & Clothing Disclaimer We use non-toxic, water-based paints and provide aprons and table coverings to minimise mess. However, we cannot guarantee that paint won’t come into contact with clothing or personal items. If paint is transferred during the event, this is the responsibility of the person booking the party, especially if caused by a guest. We recommend all guests wear clothing suitable for a creative (and potentially messy!) experience.
