Celebrate the upcoming arrival of your baby with a heartwarming and creative paint party that’s all about custom keepsakes and joyful memories. Our Custom Baby Shower Paint Party is designed to suit your unique theme and style—whether you’re dreaming of personalised milestone boards, baby grow (onesie) decorating, name plaques, or beautiful nursery canvases. Each element is handcrafted by your loved ones and becomes a part of your baby’s story. What You Can Create: Milestone Boards – Monthly photo props, “Hello World” signs, or baby’s first-year trackers. Canvas Art – Nursery-themed paintings like florals, animals, or dreamy skies. Decorate a Baby Grow – Guests design adorable outfits your baby can wear, filled with love and laughter. Choose one focus or mix and match to suit your celebration style—we’ll help you design the perfect activity plan! No artistic experience needed! Our friendly host will guide everyone step-by-step through the painting process. We bring all supplies, including aprons, paints, materials, and table coverings—and we handle setup and cleanup so you can relax and enjoy the moment. Good to Know: Tables must be provided by the event host. Prefer something more relaxed? We can set up picnic-style with blankets and cushions. BYO food and drinks – you’re welcome to cater it however you like. We use non-toxic, baby-safe materials, but recommend guests wear clothes suitable for painting. Hosting outdoors? Please ensure a backup plan or covered area in case of bad weather. Session Time: Approximately 2 to 3 hours of painting, laughter, and memory-making. Pricing: From $70 per person, depending on your custom setup and creative activities. Minimum 6 guests per session. Booking Info: To secure your date, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due at least one week prior to the event. Full payment is also welcome upfront. Dates are only confirmed once the signed contract and deposit are received. Cancellation Policy

Kids Paint Party Booking Policy To secure your paint party booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit ensures materials are prepared for your event and will be deducted from the total balance. Payment The remaining 80% balance must be paid no later than one week before the event. If payment is not received by this deadline and we have had no communication from you, your booking may be considered cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Rescheduling You may request to change your booking to another available date up to two weeks before your event. Date changes are subject to availability. While we will always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee an alternative date. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event (and fully paid) will receive an 80% refund. The 20% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Minimum Guests A minimum of 6 guests is required to book a paint party. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least two week before the event. Outdoor Events & Weather If your party is booked outdoors and must be cancelled due to bad weather, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability. Paint & Clothing Disclaimer We take care to use washable paints and provide aprons and table protection to minimise mess. However, we cannot guarantee that paint won’t come into contact with clothing or personal items. If paint is transferred to any items during the event, this is the responsibility of the person booking the party, especially if caused by a guest during the painting session. *We recommend all guests wear clothes that are suitable for creative (and potentially messy!) activities.
