EOFY Masterpiece – A Creative Team Celebration Looking to wrap up the financial year on a high note? Our EOFY Masterpiece paint session is the perfect way to celebrate your team’s hard work, reflect on achievements, and recharge for the year ahead—all while creating something colourful together! No painting experience needed—just bring your team and your end-of-financial-year spirit. We’ll guide you through a fun, collaborative painting experience that promotes connection, creativity, and teamwork. Led by a friendly and experienced host, your team will work together on a large shared canvas or individual pieces that come together to form one stunning artwork. It's a fantastic way to express your team’s personality while bonding in a relaxed, laughter-filled environment. We provide all the supplies, set everything up, and take care of the clean-up—so all you need to do is enjoy! What’s Included: All painting supplies: canvases, paints, brushes, easels, aprons Step-by-step guidance from our experienced host Full set-up and pack-down A unique, team-focused creative experience perfect for EOFY celebrations Good to Know: Minimum of 6 participants per session Sessions run for approximately 2 to 3 hours Tables must be provided by the event host Picnic-style setup available—comfortable for creative painting on blankets and cushions BYO food and drinks – celebrate your way! We can supply glassware, but plates and cutlery must be provided by the host We use non-toxic paints and provide aprons and table protection Guests should wear clothing suitable for creative activities For outdoor events, please ensure a covered or shaded area, or have a backup plan in case of bad weather Booking Info: EOFY painting sessions start at $60 per person A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from your final balance Full payment is welcome upfront if preferred Your booking is only confirmed once the signed contract and deposit have been received Available across Perth, WA, with fully mobile and flexible setups to suit your space and celebration style. Cancellation Policy
Team Building Paint & Sip Booking Policy Booking & Payment A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your Team Building Paint & Sip session. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance. Remaining balance must be paid at least one week before the event. Failure to pay or communicate by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. Full payment is accepted upfront if preferred. Rescheduling Requests for date changes must be made at least two weeks before the event and are subject to availability. Cancellations & Refunds More than 2 weeks before: 80% refund (deposit is non-refundable). Less than 2 weeks before: No refunds. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours: No refunds or rescheduling. Minimum Guests A minimum of 6 guests is required to book a session. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least one week before the event. Outdoor Events & Weather For outdoor events, we recommend a covered or shaded area. If bad weather requires cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability. BYO & Refreshments BYO food and drinks. We do not provide food, but can supply glassware. Plates and cutlery must be supplied by the host. Paint & Clothing Disclaimer We use non-toxic paints and provide aprons and table coverings. However, paint may still come in contact with personal items or clothing. Guests should wear suitable clothing for painting. The person booking the event is responsible for any damage caused by paint during the session, including to venue property. Damage to Venue/Property Craft & Canvas is not responsible for any damage caused by paint during the event.
