Hen Do Paint Parties – Craft, Sip & Celebrate in Style Celebrate your bride-to-be with a one-of-a-kind creative experience filled with colour, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Whether you're a group of seasoned crafters or total beginners, our Hen Do Paint Parties are the perfect way to kick off the celebrations in style. Led by a friendly and experienced host, your session includes everything you need for a relaxed and hands-on creative activity. We bring all the supplies, set up the space, guide your group step-by-step, and handle the clean-up—so you can enjoy every moment. As a special touch, the bride-to-be will receive her own keepsake apron to wear during the session! Paper Umbrellas & Fans Add a whimsical flair to your hen do with our beautiful umbrella and fan decorating session. Guests can choose to paint a paper umbrella or fan—or both! Stick with a coordinated theme chosen by the bride, or let everyone explore their own creative vision. These stylish and personalised pieces make fabulous keepsakes and are perfect for wedding photo ops or sunny garden parties. Good to Know Minimum of 6 guests per session Sessions run for approximately 2 to 3 hours Tables must be provided by the event host Picnic-style setup is available—guests can paint comfortably on blankets and cushions BYO food and drinks—feel free to cater your way! We use non-toxic, fabric-safe paints and provide aprons and table coverings We recommend guests wear clothing suitable for painting For outdoor events, please have a backup or covered area available in case of bad weather Booking Info To secure your booking, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required. This will be deducted from your final balance. Full payment is also welcome upfront if preferred. Please note: your date is only confirmed once both the signed contract and deposit have been received. Available throughout Perth, WA with mobile, flexible setups to suit your space and style.
Cancellation Policy
Hen Party Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Craft and Canvas to celebrate your special occasion. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please read through the following policy details: Securing Your Booking To secure your hen party booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit confirms your event date and allows us to prepare all necessary materials. The deposit will be deducted from the final balance. Final Payment The remaining 80% balance is due no later than one week before the scheduled event. If we do not receive the payment and have had no communication from you by this time, your booking may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Rescheduling You may request to change your booking to another available date up to two weeks before the event. All date changes are subject to availability. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee an alternative date. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event and fully paid are eligible for an 80% refund. The 20% deposit is non-refundable in all cases. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Minimum Guest Numbers A minimum of 6 guests is required to book a hen party session. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least one week prior to the event to ensure accurate preparation of materials. Outdoor Events and Weather If your party is planned outdoors and must be cancelled due to poor weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost. All rescheduling is subject to availability. We recommend arranging a backup indoor or covered option if possible. Paint and Clothing Disclaimer We use non-toxic and washable paints and provide aprons and table protection to minimise mess. However, we cannot guarantee that paint will not come into contact with clothing or personal items. Craft and Canvas is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the painting session. We recommend guests wear clothing suitable for creative activities.
