Service Description

Kids' Messy Masterpiece Party Celebrate your special occasion with a colourful, hands-on messy masterpiece party. Our mobile service brings all the messy fun to you. Think paint pouring, finger painting, bubble blowing, sponge splashing, and more! We provide everything you need, including paints, materials, aprons, table coverings, and a special apron for the guest of honour to make their day even more memorable. Please note: Tables must be provided by the party host. For a more relaxed experience, we also offer the option of picnic blankets where kids can sit on the floor and get creative with their masterpieces. No experience? No problem! Our friendly instructor will guide the session with fun, engaging techniques suitable for all ages. We handle the full setup and cleanup, so you can enjoy the celebration stress-free. Each child will leave with a messy but marvellous masterpiece to keep! Creative OptionsChoose from a variety of wild and wonderful painting techniques, or request a custom activity to match your party theme for an additional $75. Session TimeEach party runs for approximately 2 to 3 hours, packed with colour, creativity, and fun. Optional Add-OnsWe can provide themed party decorations for an additional fee. Let us know your vision and we’ll discuss what’s possible!Please note: If decorations are added, full payment for them will be required upfront and added to the 20% non-refundable deposit, as these are customised for your event. Pricing $45 per child with a Minimum of 6 participants per session To secure your booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required and will be deducted from the final balance.Dates are not confirmed upon inquiry and may be booked by others until we have received the signed contract and deposit. Good to Know Allergy Safety: We use non-toxic, child-safe materials, but please let us know about any allergies when booking. Parent Supervision: While we run the fun, adult supervision is required. Craft & Canvas is not responsible for the care of children during the event. Outdoor Events: For outdoor bookings, a backup plan or covered area is needed in case of bad weather. Travel: We service the Perth metro area. A small travel fee may apply for locations outside this zone. Final Numbers: Must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Clean-Up Time: Allow 20–30 minutes after the session for us to pack down and leave the space clean. Available across Perth, WA, with flexible booking options.


Cancellation Policy

Kids Paint Party Booking Policy To secure your paint party booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit ensures materials are prepared for your event and will be deducted from the total balance. Payment The remaining 80% balance must be paid no later than one week before the event. If payment is not received by this deadline and we have had no communication from you, your booking may be considered cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Rescheduling You may request to change your booking to another available date up to two weeks before your event. Date changes are subject to availability. While we will always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee an alternative date. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event (and fully paid) will receive an 80% refund. The 20% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Minimum Guests A minimum of 6 guests is required to book a paint party. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least two week before the event. Outdoor Events & Weather If your party is booked outdoors and must be cancelled due to bad weather, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability. Paint & Clothing Disclaimer We take care to use washable paints and provide aprons and table protection to minimise mess. However, we cannot guarantee that paint won’t come into contact with clothing or personal items. If paint is transferred to any items during the event, this is the responsibility of the person booking the party, especially if caused by a guest during the painting session. *We recommend all guests wear clothes that are suitable for creative (and potentially messy!) activities.
