A Paint & Sip Fundraiser is the perfect mix of creativity, connection, and community spirit — and a refreshing alternative to traditional fundraisers! No painting experience? No problem! Our friendly host will guide everyone step-by-step through their masterpiece while you enjoy a relaxed, laughter-filled event that brings people together and supports something meaningful. Whether you’re hosting at a school hall, community centre, office, or even outdoors — we’ll bring everything to you and tailor the experience to suit your cause. Plus, you’ll receive 2 FREE Craft & Paint Boxes to raffle off or use as door prizes to raise even more! What’s Included: All painting supplies: canvases, paints, brushes, easels, aprons Step-by-step guidance from our friendly instructor A tailored painting theme to suit your event — free of charge Full set-up and clean-up 2 FREE take-home Paint Kits to raffle or give as prizes Good to Know: Minimum of 6 guests per session Sessions run for approx. 2–3 hours Tables must be provided by the event host BYO food & drinks — make it your own! Cancellation Policy
To secure your Paint & Sip Fundraiser booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. This allows us to prepare all necessary materials and will be deducted from your final total. Deposit Structure $150 deposit for events with up to 20 guests (est) $200 deposit for 21–30 guests (est) $250 deposit for 31+ guests (est) This deposit will be deducted from your final total. Pricing You will be charged a base rate of $50 per person, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are free to set your own ticket price for attendees to help you meet your fundraising goals. You will also receive 2 FREE Craft & Paint at-home kits, which you can raffle off or use as door prizes to boost your fundraising total. Final Numbers Final numbers are to be confirmed 7 days before the event. An invoice will be sent based on those numbers. Payment The remaining balance is due within 24 hours of invoice, 7 days before the event. If payment is not received by this deadline and we have not heard from you, your booking may be considered cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling You may request to change your booking date up to 2 weeks prior to the event. Date changes are subject to availability, and while we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee a specific alternative date. Cancellations & Refunds Deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Please note that cancellations made within this one-week period are non-refundable. However, we may be able to reschedule your event instead. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for refunds. Guest Requirements A minimum of 6 paying guests is required for all Paint & Sip Fundraising events. BYO Food & Drinks You are welcome to BYO food and drinks. Please bring your own plates, cutlery, and napkins if serving food. Outdoor Events If your event is outdoors and weather becomes an issue, we’ll help you reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability. If possible please have an indoor or sheltered backup space arranged in advance. Paint Disclaimer We use non-toxic, water-based paints and provide aprons and table covers. While we do our best to minimise mess, we cannot guarantee that paint won’t come into contact with clothing or belongings.
