Paint & Sip Parties – Create, Celebrate & Unwind Whether you're celebrating a birthday, family get-together, milestone event, or just looking for a creative way to catch up with friends, our Paint & Sip Parties are the perfect mix of colour, creativity, and connection. No painting experience? No worries! Just bring your good vibes—we’ll take care of the rest. Led by a friendly and experienced host, you’ll be guided step-by-step through your painting session. You’ll create a beautiful masterpiece to take home while enjoying a relaxed and laughter-filled experience. We provide everything you need and handle all the set-up and clean-up. As a special touch, the guest of honour will receive their own special apron to wear during the session! What’s Included: All painting supplies: canvases, paints, brushes, easels, aprons Step-by-step guidance from our friendly host A special apron for the guest of honour Full set-up and pack-down Good to Know: Minimum of 6 guests per session Sessions run for approximately 2 to 3 hours Tables must be provided by the event host Picnic-style setup available—guests can paint comfortably on blankets and cushions BYO food and drinks – celebrate your way! We use non-toxic paints and provide aprons and table coverings We recommend guests wear clothing suitable for painting For outdoor events, please ensure a covered or shaded area or have a backup plan in case of bad weather Booking Info: Paint parties start at $55 per person. To secure your booking, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required, which will be deducted from your final balance. Full payment is also welcome upfront if preferred. Please note: Your date is only confirmed once both the signed contract and deposit have been received. Available across Perth, WA, with fully mobile and flexible setups to suit your space and style. Cancellation Policy

Paint & Sip Booking Policy To secure your Paint & Sip booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. This ensures we can prepare all materials for your event and will be deducted from the total balance. Payment The remaining 80% balance must be paid no later than one week before the event. If payment is not received by this deadline and we have not heard from you, your booking may be considered cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Rescheduling You may request to change your booking to another available date up to two weeks before your event. Date changes are subject to availability. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee your preferred alternative date. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event (and fully paid) will receive an 80% refund. The 20% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Minimum Guests A minimum of 6 guests is required to book a Paint & Sip event. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least two weeks prior to your event. BYO Food & Drinks You are welcome to BYO food and drinks to enjoy during your session. Please note: Craft and Canvas does not provide food or refreshments. We can provide glassware for drinks upon request. However, you will need to supply your own plates, cutlery, and napkins if you plan to serve food. Outdoor Events & Weather If your party is booked outdoors and must be cancelled due to bad weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability. Please ensure a covered or indoor backup area is available in case of weather changes. Paint & Clothing Disclaimer We use non-toxic, water-based paints and provide aprons and table coverings to minimise mess. However, we cannot guarantee that paint won’t come into contact with clothing or personal items. If paint is transferred during the event, this is the responsibility of the person booking the party, especially if caused by a guest. We recommend all guests wear clothing suitable for a creative (and potentially messy!) experience.
